Cellist - 29 years old

One of the most promising Canadian cellists of her generation, Noémie is a passionate musician, praised for her sensitive and refined playing. She was named by CBC Music as one of the « 30 Hot Canadian Classical Musicians Under 30 » and made her debut at the famous Royal Albert Hall of London in December 2016. Noémie is also a top prizewinner in various international and national competitions.

An avid performer, Noémie took part in many tours in Peru, in Chile, in Cambodia and in Japan and enjoys an acclaimed soloist and chamber musician career.

Noémie plays on the beautiful cello ‘Ex-Curtis’ (1700) by Goffriller, graciously on loan to her by Canimex Inc., Qc. She also owns a sublime Jean-Dominique Adam bow from 1835.
